General Information

This product is used for the rapid detection of genetically modified CP4 EPSPS in samples such as

plant leaves and seeds. The entire detection process only takes 10 minutes and is suitable for all

kinds of enterprises and testing institutions.

Test Principle

This product applies the principle of double antibody sandwich immunochromatography. During the lateral

movement of the antigen in the sample, it combines with the colloidal gold-labeled specific monoclonal antibody

1 to form an antigen-antibody complex, which continues to flow forward and combines with the specific

monoclonal antibody 2 on the NC membrane detection line to form a double antibody sandwich complex. If the

sample contains transgenic CP4 EPSPS, the test line will show color and the result will be positive. Conversely, if

the test line does not show color, the result is negative.

2. Dissolve in 0.75mL of extraction buffer.

3. Close the cap of the extraction tube, shake it up and down vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds to ensure that the

Test Procedures

1. Please read the user manual thoroughly before testing and restore the rapid test paper and the sample solution

to be tested to room temperature.

2. Please use the rapid test paper as soon as possible after taking it out of the packaging bag.

3. Take the rapid test paper out of the test paper bucket and insert it directly into the sample slot in the direction

of the arrow. The level of the liquid to be tested must not exceed the MAX arrow line. Start timing.

4. The result should be read within 5 to 8 minutes. Readings at other times are invalid.

5. When reading the results, place the rapid test paper horizontally in front of the observer.

6. If the test strips need to be stored for a long time, the sample pad part (the part with the max arrow) must be

cut off immediately after reading the result for storage.

Cautions

1. Do not touch the white membrane in the center of the test strip.

2. Do not use expired test strip.

3.Do not reuse the supplied dropper. The reagent is for in vitro diagnostic use only and must not be ingested.

6. The solid impurity particles in the sample will lead to false positive results. Please discard the visibleparticles in the samples. (If necessary, centrifuge the sample-diluent solution and collect the supernatant

as the testing solution).

7.CP4-EPSPS is easily degraded after extraction; therefore, it is recommended to perform testing as soon as

possible.

Avoid direct sunlight and store at 4 - 25 ℃ . Do not freeze.
